½ cup all-purpose flour use cornstarch for gluten free option
⅙ cup olive oil
1 cup onion, diced
3-ounce can tomato paste
½ cup dry red wine

½ pound potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
¼ pound baby carrots

Directions
