Directions

• Pasta Cooking – Boil the cavatappi pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
• Mixing Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese balls, and turkey pepperoni.
• Preparing Dressing – In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
