10 ounces dry pasta
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup tomatoes diced
2 cups spinach chopped
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded or grated

Pasta: Gluten-free pasta whole wheat pasta
Chicken: Turkey breast tofu (for a vegetarian option)
Heavy Cream: Coconut cream light cream

Directions
- Pasta Preparation – Boil water in a large pot. Cook the pasta al dente as per the package’s directions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- Season Chicken – Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly.
- Cook Chicken – Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
