1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp Salt, or to taste

1 bunch Spinach, finely chopped
4 oz Parmesan Cheese, shaved
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (optional)

Directions
- Boil the Pasta – Prep and Cook: Cook the fusilli according to package instructions. This usually takes about 10 minutes. Once done, drain and immediately rinse under cold water to stop further cooking and remove starch. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
